This normally occurs when the vehicle has been attempted to start with a flat battery but there was not enough power to hold starter motor engaged and the audible fast clicking of the starter motor is heard
this can then cause the immobiliser system to corrupt where the Immobiliser computers also turn on off quickly and loose their coding
